How to make it

  • Sprinkle chops with basil, salt & pepper.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick skillet, add chops to pan, browning on both sides until done.
  • Remove chops from pan, lower heat slightly, add jam and vinegar to pan, scraping up browned bits.
  • Spoon glaze over chops.
