How to make it
- Sprinkle chops with basil, salt & pepper.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet, add chops to pan, browning on both sides until done.
- Remove chops from pan, lower heat slightly, add jam and vinegar to pan, scraping up browned bits.
- Spoon glaze over chops.
