Pork Chops With Balsamic Raspberry Glaze

- 4 6oz pork loin chops shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried basil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 c. raspberry jam shopping list
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle chops with basil, salt & pepper.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet, add chops to pan, browning on both sides until done.
- Remove chops from pan, lower heat slightly, add jam and vinegar to pan, scraping up browned bits.
- Spoon glaze over chops.
