How to make it

  • Brow grouned beef
  • Add garlic cloves, yellow onions, oregano, salt and pepper
  • Dice the Jalepano chillies and add to the ground beef
  • Roast the Anahiem chillies on the grill until the skin on the peppers are blackened. Peel the blackened skin off the chillies. Dice the chillies and put them in with the ground beef.
  • Add the water to the mixture and let it simmer for half hour or so.
