Spinach Meatloaf

An easy way to sneak some extra veggies to the kids.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 c. milk shopping list
- 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried basil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 pk onion soup mix shopping list
- 1 large beaten egg shopping list
- 3/4 c. dry quick oats shopping list
- 1 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and sqeezed dry shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 60 350
- Mix all ingredients well. Spread into an ungreased loaf pan or sape into 9x5 inch loaf in ungreased rectangular pan
- Bake uncovered 1 to 1 1/4 hours
- Lrt stand 5 minutes before removing from pan and serving
