quick easy corn recipe
Ingredients
- 1 {16 oz} can cream corn shopping list
- 1 {reg size can whole corn drained shopping list
- 18 saltine crackers crushed shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- milk just to moisten shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 4 slices pepper-jack cheese optional shopping list
How to make it
- mix all ingredients to gether excep for pepperjack cheese
- place in greased casserole dish, dot ingredients with butter
- bake 350 degrees for 1 hour or untill sdet
- take out of oven place 4 slices pepper jack cheese a ll overtop
- let melt serve
