How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • While oven is preheating, slice the pita and veggies. I usually use green pepper and red onion because it's handy, but I have substituted plum tomatoes and fresh basil for a delicious mini-margherita pizza.
  • Coat each pita round with 1 T of white pizza sauce or olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning or crushed garlic if you like.
  • Spread veggies evenly over each round.
  • Crumble feta on top
  • Bake about 10 minutes until pitas are crisp.
