Soy Marinated Pork Chops

- 4 boneless center-cut pork chops (about 6 oz. ea) pounded to 1/2" thickness shopping list
- 1/4 c soy sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbs rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp sesame oil shopping list
- 1 Tbs fresh chopped cilantro shopping list
- 3 scallions,white and lt. green parts,chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Place pork chops,soy sauce,vinegar and oil in large,resealable ziploc bag;seal.
- Turn bag several times to coat chops with marinade;refrigerate 15 mins.
- Remove pork chops from bag;discard excess marinade. Warm a grill or grill pan to med-high heat . Grill pork chops until cooked through,turning once,about 3-1/2 mins per side.
- Transfer chops to a platter,sprinkle with cilantro and scallions.

Hi 5. Anything with those ingredients has to be good. Have chops thawed out in fridge and will fix today.
