Cheesy Hashbrown Potatoes

- 1-2 lb. bag of hash browns shopping list
- ¾ c. margarine, melted shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- ½ c. onion chopped (optional) shopping list
- 1 pint sour cream shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of celery soup shopping list
- 10 oz. pkg. of shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Mix everything except butter together.
- Crumble cornflakes over top (optional).
- Pour melted butter over top.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes at 350º.
