How to make it

  • Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Remove 1/2 for basting, cover and refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade into a large resealable bag. Add items to be marinated, refrigerate for 3 hrs or longer.
  • Items can be cooked under the broiler, baked in the oven, or grilled over a med high heat, following recommended cook times. Keep basting periodically for maximum flavor.
  • This recipe can be easily doubled, tripled, etc.
