How to make it

  • Grind the fish & onion
  • Transfer to a chopping bowl &
  • Squeeze the soaked bread dry & add to the bowl
  • Add 1/2 tsp salt,1/4 tsp pepper & the egg
  • Chop until fine & smooth
  • Shape iinto 12 balls
  • Combine the oil, sliced onion, green pepper , tomato sauce & remaining salt & pepper in a baking dish
  • Arrange the balls in it.
  • Bake in a 325 degree oven for 45 min.
  • Baste frequent.y
