How to make it

  • In a large pot, saute the garlic, onion and ginger.(if you`re using small dried shrimps, include them in sauteing)
  • Add the ground black pepper and coconut milk. Bring to boil.
  • If you`re using shrimp paste, add them together with the fish sauce. Cook until the coconut milk`s texture is thick and natural oil comes out of it.
  • Add the finger chilies and simmer for 2 mins.
  • Put the crabs in the pot and mix well until they are nicely coated with coconut milk. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the spinach and simmer for a minute.
  • Serve hot.
