How to make it

  • Line 9- or 10-inch pie plate loosely with one of the pie crusts.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie plate. Vent top crust and place on top of mixture in pie plate. Trim, turn edges under and flute.
  • Bake in a 350F deg oven for 1 hour or until golden brown. Let set for 15 minutes to make the pie easier to slice. Serve very warm.
