How to make it

  • In one large pot, saute chopped onions in margarine until soft. Add the mushroom soup and the 3/4 cup liquid, and stir until blended. Add the meatballs and heat through.
  • Meanwhile, in another large pot, cook the noodles per package directions. Drain, and then add noodles to the pot with the soup and meat. Adjust seasoning, stir.
  • Garnish with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
  • Serve with a cooked vegetable or salad.
