Quick Swedish Meatballs & Noodles

- 20oz package frozen meatballs, thawed shopping list
- 26oz can ("Family Size") condensed cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 3/4 cup water, broth or milk shopping list
- 8oz extra wide noodles shopping list
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In one large pot, saute chopped onions in margarine until soft. Add the mushroom soup and the 3/4 cup liquid, and stir until blended. Add the meatballs and heat through.
- Meanwhile, in another large pot, cook the noodles per package directions. Drain, and then add noodles to the pot with the soup and meat. Adjust seasoning, stir.
- Garnish with a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
- Serve with a cooked vegetable or salad.
