Hot Crab Dip

Easy and hot crab dip (you could also use lobster if you wanted).... if you want it to be more zippy just add extra horseradish (or even a dash of cayenne pepper). Serve with celery sticks and crackers.
Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. 8-oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 7oz. crab meat, rinsed & drained shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish shopping list
- salt to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine ingredients in saucepan and stir over low heat until bubbly.
- Option: After dip is hot, transfer to a oven safe dish, top with a bit of parmesan cheese, and stick under broiler to 1-2 minutes... or until cheese on top is melted.
