Sesame Orange Porkloin

the meat is lean, the flavor is great...perfect with rice and asparagus
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. pork loin roast shopping list
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade shopping list
- 2 Tblsp. lemon or orange juice shopping list
- 1 tsp. curry shopping list
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 Tblsp. sesame seeds shopping list
- coarse salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place loin in a shallow roasting pan
- Mix marmalade, juice, curry, mustard, 1 tblsp. sesame seeds, set aside
- Roast the loin for about an hour or so, basting with orange mix every 10 minutes for the last half hour.
- sprinkle remaining seeds after the last basting
- when done let rest 10 minutes
