Savory Porkloins

- 2 (4 pounds) porkloins shopping list
- 3) tablespoons garlic, minced shopping list
- 3/4 cup Sherry cooking wine shopping list
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 cups onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 tablespoons water shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes shopping list
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste) shopping list
- salt (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Place pork tenderloins in your slow cooker.
- Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top porkloins.
- Turn the porkloins over in the mixture to coat evenly.
- Evenly spread minced garlic, onions and parsley over the pork. (You want to leave as much garlic on top of the pork during cooking as possible.)
- Sprinkle with pepper and pepper.
- Cover and cook on LOW setting for 4 hours or until fork tender.
