Cucumber and Herb Dip

- First of all, it's chilled, not cooked shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese, the whipped kind shopping list
- 8 oz. finely shredded cucumber, really well drained, will need to squeeze it shopping list
- 1/2 c. swiss cheese. finely shredded shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. dillweed shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice shopping list
- small clove garlic, minced shopping list
How to make it
- Peel and shred the cucumber(s)
- squeeze out most of the juices
- mix all ingredients well
- Chill at least 2 hours
