Bison Burger With Spicy Peanut Sauce

- peanut sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanutbutter ( natural or Organic PB ) shopping list
- 3/4 cup coconut milk shopping list
- 1 tsp grated lime zest shopping list
- 2 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp sugar ( organic, or brown sugar ) shopping list
- 1 tsp grated ginger shopping list
- 1/4 tsp chilli flakes or suit to taste shopping list
- add all ingredients into pot on stove medium-low heat for 5-10 minutes shopping list
- add water to thin sauce if needed shopping list
- Bison meat ( ground or hamburger ) shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
- 1.5 lbs ground bison shopping list
- 2-3 garlic ( minced) shopping list
- 1 or 2 onions ( chopped) and/or green onions shopping list
- 1 tbsp lime juice shopping list
- 1 egg ( beaten) shopping list
- 1 tbsp chopped lemongrass ( optional) shopping list
- 1 tbsp Thai curry paste shopping list
- 1/2 tsp sea salt shopping list
- 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped) shopping list
- 1/4 cup of rice flour ( or wheat,buckwheat or other flour) shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemongrass ( chopped and minced) optional shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the bison burger ingredients...I use my hands..either make burgers or meatballs...heat pan on stove,..medium heat
- coat burger or meatball with rice flour then add to frying pan...maybe 6 minutes on each side
- when fully cooked...add to plate of brown rice and steamed vegetables
- add warm spicy Peanut sauce
- adapt to your own preference and enjoy
