BEETROOT CHAAS

- beetroot, chopped 1 small shopping list
- carrots, chopped 4 small shopping list
- fresh mint leaves 20-25 shopping list
- Green chillies, chopped 4 shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- Black salt (kala namak) to taste shopping list
- roasted cumin seeds 1 tablespoon shopping list
- yogurt 2 cups shopping list
- ice cubes as required shopping list
How to make it
- Put the beetroot, carrots, mint leaves, green chillies, salt, black salt, cumin seeds, one cup yogurt in a blender and blend for two to three minutes.Add the remaining yogurt, ice cubes and continue to blend for another two minutes. Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
