- Muskmelon 1 medium shopping list
- FOR THE DRESSING shopping list
- lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons shopping list
- orange juice 2 tablespoons shopping list
- black peppercorns, crushed 3-4 shopping list
- fresh mint leaves, torn 1 tablespoon shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- Black salt (kala namak) to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Using a Parisienne scoop remove small roundels from the watermelon. Discard all seeds.Halve muskmelon. Using the Parisienne scoop remove small roundels. Discard all seeds. Set aside melon shells. Keep melon balls in the refrigerator to chill thoroughly. Mix all ingredients of the dressing. Pour over the melon balls and toss once or twice. Spoon into the prepared melon shells and serve immediately.
