How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375
  • If using , Mix Olive oil, apple cider vinegar and lemon juice together, set aside
  • Lay out tortillas and spread hummus or guacamole (optional) and than pasta sauce on top
  • Arrange Vegetables on pizza however you like
  • Sprinkle grated carrot on top (this makes it look like there's cheese on it. te he)
  • Sprinkle Olive oil mixture on top of everything
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until crust is crispy
