Berry ripple lamingtons with chocolate sauce

- 200g dark cooking chocolate, finely chopped shopping list
- 125ml (1/2 cup) thickened cream shopping list
- 6 Woolworths chocolate Lamingtons shopping list
- 625ml (2 1/2 cups) strawberry ripple frozen yoghurt shopping list
How to make it
- Place the chocolate and cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Use a metal spoon to stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly.
- Cut each lamington in half horizontally. Place half the lamington pieces, cut-side up, on serving plates. Spoon the yoghurt among the lamington bases. Top with remaining lamington halves, cut-side down. Press down gently.
- Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the lamington stacks and serve.
