How to make it

  • Place the chocolate and cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Use a metal spoon to stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool slightly.
  • Cut each lamington in half horizontally. Place half the lamington pieces, cut-side up, on serving plates. Spoon the yoghurt among the lamington bases. Top with remaining lamington halves, cut-side down. Press down gently.
  • Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the lamington stacks and serve.
