How to make it

  • Scrape out the coconut and run in a blender without water, till crumbly
  • Split green chillies
  • Mix together all the ingredients
  • Place in a sealed container
  • Place the container in a pressure cooker with water in it. After the first whistle sounds, lower the flame and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Serve piping hot with plain white rice!

    I had to try these flavors together, I did not have fresh coconut, but wanted to try the flavor with mustard. To my surprise the flavor worked. \0
