Lemon Pepper Tiapila

- lemon pepper and any helathy butter spread shopping list
- dill cream sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Take filets and place them on a sheet pan or 9x12 cake pan spreading them with butter then coating them with Lemon Pepper.
- Cooking them for 10 to 15 minutes in the broiler area of ur stove wanting the fish to turn a lighter color of its normal color.
- can be served with a fresh Dill cream or white sauce.
- Take fresh dill and add it to about 1/2 cream, good milk or half n half works too thickened with 1 table spoon of corn starch. Take 1 table spoon of cornstarch add a little water to thin fluid then slowly add to cream when it is warm bring to a boil then it will thicken up.
- Place a filet on the plate then pour the dill sauce over then filet of fish to add a awesome look but dont over kill the filet with sauce. Put a spring of fresh dill on side of dish.

I wish I could give you 6 forks, this sounds so good. I have a friend who doesn't do pepper well, anyone have any ideas for any other spices, besides what was suggested, that you'd put with this instead; I like the basic idea with the cream so much !
