  • RUB IN THE MARGERINE WITH YOUR FINGERTIPS
  • ADD THE CHOPPED PARSLEY

  • ROLL OUT PASTRY TO FIT TIN
  • CRACK EGG, MIX AND BRUSH OVER PASTRY WITH EGG WASH.
  • COOK IN OVEN FOR 15-20 MINUTES
  • FRY SAUSAGES UNTIL COOKED (SET ASIDE)
  • saute all the other veg
  • CHOP up sausages.
  • BRUSH HALF OF PZZA BACE WITH PESTO AND OTHER HALF WITH TOMATO PASTE.
  • PLACE VEG AND CHOPPED SAUSAGES ON IT
  • TOP WITH CHEESE
  • PLACE IN OVEN FOR 10 MINS UNTIL CHEESE MELTS
  • TAKE OUT AND ENJOY
