How to make it

  • Place cilantro ,pepitas,cotiza and garlic in food processor and blend till smooth. with motor running,add oil in slow,steady stream.
  • Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in the lime zest,juice,1-1/4 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Use immediately,refrigerate up to 2 days or store in airtight container in freezer for up to a month.
