Roasted Asparagus

- 1 lb asparagus shopping list
- 2 tsp olive oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, shredded shopping list
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 500F.
- Arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking dish
- With a pastry brush paint the oil on the asparagus
- Roast until tender, but still crisp 8-10 minutes
- Turn spears occasionally to avoid browning
- Place on a serving dish
- Sprinkle with chees
- Serve with lemon wedges
