How to make it

  • Prepare custard. Mix custard powder, sugar & milk together, no lumps.
  • Bring 450 ml milk to boil, pour custard mix into boiling milk, mix well, adding vanille essence, bring to the boil, stirring continuously.
  • Stir in granadille pulp.
  • Roll biscuits in sherry and place fisrt layer in dessert dish, be sure to leave about a biscuit width between each buscuit, place second layer horizontally across the first. leaving a spacing.
  • Cover with the custard, allow to cool and set in refrigerator.
  • Whip creame until stiff, spread across cold, set custard.
  • Decorate with glazed cherries and walnuts. (Then call me)
