How to make it

  • combine onion, pepper flakes, black pepper,soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil together.
  • mix well
  • marinate salmon 24 hours for a whole 3-4 lbs. side. 2-4 hours for steaks, less for pieces. skinless and boneless is best.
  • after marinade time, remove salmon, remove excess marinade.
  • place on non-stick or tin foil covered oven tray or pan
  • slow bake in a 250 degree conventonal oven till salmon is firm and cooked through ( can be served medium rare if very fresh) time varies with size of fish, smaller cuts cook faster.
  • Chill salmon- (or eat warm if you like)
  • serve with minced onions,dieced red peppers, capers, lemons or limes sliced thin, whipped cream cheese, on crackers or toasted bagels, or how ever you like! its a good tasting appertizer. See Photo
