How to make it

  • Spray large skillet with non-stick spray. Heat pork on high, turning once, until both sides are nice and brown. Pour beef broth over pork and reduce heat. Cover, and simmer until almost all liquid has evaporated. In a small bowl, combine french onion soup & sour cream. Pour mixture over chops & continue simmering until chops are tender and the sauce has thickened.
  • *may season pork with salt & pepper when originally browning them*
