How to make it

  • 1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Cook ham, bell pepper and onion about 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in eggs and oregano. Cook over medium heat until eggs are scrambled.
  • 2. To make each burrito: Spoon 3/4 cup egg mixture across center of 1 tortilla. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese and drizzle with 1 Tbsp. Chile & Lime Hot Sauce. Slightly fold over both sides of tortilla. Fold bottom third of tortilla over filling. Roll up to enclose filling. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • 3. Heat tortillas in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (or in a 350°F oven for 5 minutes) until cheese melts and tortillas are heated. Serve with additional Chile & Lime Hot Sauce.
