How to make it

  • Husk the fresh corn on the cob if necessary
  • Remove the corn silk as best you can.
  • Place one corn cob in a piece of foil
  • Rub softened butter, margarine or oil on the corn
  • Rub salt and pepper all over the corn
  • Wrap in foil
  • Throw on the grill for about 15 minutes.
  • The corn will have brown kernels and will have started caramelizing.
  • Take foil off corn and eat.
