How to make it

  • In a large soup pot brown the sausages.
  • Take them out when brown and set to the side to cool.
  • In the same pot add the chopped onion, seasoning blend and celery and cook until softened,
  • Add the beans and chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
  • Cut the cooled sausage into bite sized pieces and add back to the pot.
  • Add the chopped spinach and stir.
  • Heat until the spinach is wilted and the soup is warmed through through.
  • Serve with a bit of the cheese blend on top.
