Ingredients

  • 2 hard boiled eggs shopping list
  • 4 pitted kalamata olives with herbs in oil, chopped [I useMezzetta Napa Valley Bistro - Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives] shopping list
  • half tsp of the liquid and herbs from the jar of olives shopping list
  • half tsp mayonnaise shopping list

How to make it

  • For each 2 egg whites I use half an egg yolk. Chop egg whites. Mix the half yolk with mayo and oil.
  • Combine egg whites and egg yolk mixture- then mix in chopped olives. For color sprinkle lightly with turmeric. For added flavor mix in some pine nuts, finely chopped celery or green onions.
