How to make it
- cut off the ends of your green beans please.
- heat butter and garlic on medium-high heat in a frying pan.
- add green beans salt and pepper
- toss together for a sec
- add a couple splashes of lemon juice and Sambal Olek/Viet hot sauce to your taste.
- fry untill almost cooked through. They're best when they're still a little crunchy.
