How to make it

  • Heat the oil in a pan. Once hot, add onions,green chillies, garlic & onions. Stir fry till onions brown and add the tomatoes.Add the coriander seeds, fennel seeds cumin seeds, bay leaves, red chilly powder, salt, pepper and dried mint. Mix well. After 5 minutes add the bell peppers. Put a cover on the pan and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and seve with rice, pita bread or pasta. Yum!
