How to make it

  • Cut meat up in really thin slices.
  • Put meat in bowl and add sauces.
  • Heat skillet or wok up. Put a little bit of oil in the bottom.
  • Cut up onion and bell pepper. Saute. Add vegetables and stir until half way tender.
  • Drain meat (save marinade) and add meat to mixture. Cook until meat and vegetables are done.
  • Add corn starch to the marinade and about 1/2 cup water. Mix well and stir the new mixture into the vegetables. Keep stirring while adding mixture or it will clump.
