Gluten-free Strawberry Cheesecake

- No bake strawberry cheesecake: shopping list
- 1 (16 ounce) package vanilla CANDIQUIK shopping list
- 1 (3 ounce) package strawberry gelatin (or Pudding) shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip shopping list
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese shopping list
- gluten Free Crust: shopping list
- 1 1/4 Cup almond meal (or finely crushed almonds) shopping list
- 1/3 Cup butter shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Cheesecake:
- Melt Vanilla CANDIQUIK according to directions on package.
- Mix ingredients in a large bowl with strawberry Jello powder (or pudding), cream cheese and cool whip until smooth.
- Spread in pie crust (optional: top with whipped cream)
- Gluten Free Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Melt butter and combine with almond meal and sugar, mix well until all butter is absorbed
- Spread into an 8" round pie pan, pushing into corners and on edges.
- Bake for 10 min or until slightly browned
