How to make it

  • Cheesecake:
  • Melt Vanilla CANDIQUIK according to directions on package.
  • Mix ingredients in a large bowl with strawberry Jello powder (or pudding), cream cheese and cool whip until smooth.
  • Spread in pie crust (optional: top with whipped cream)
  • Gluten Free Crust:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Melt butter and combine with almond meal and sugar, mix well until all butter is absorbed
  • Spread into an 8" round pie pan, pushing into corners and on edges.
  • Bake for 10 min or until slightly browned
