Baked Potato With Vegetable Soup

- basic ingredient: shopping list
- 5 pieces rosit potato shopping list
- 2 medium white onion shopping list
- 11/2 cups vegetable stock shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- oregano flakes shopping list
- salt and black pepper shopping list
- 1 cup of parmessan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- heat oven in 180 degrees..
- 1. cut potato thinly used potato slicer in round shape or according to the potato shapes, soak it in the water to avoid discoloration.
- 2. cut onions in round shape, thinly
- 3. boil the stock, and simmer for 5 minutes; then add the milk and continue stirring in 5 minutes or until stock will thicken.
- 4.heat little oil, enough to wet the pan and sautee onion( its best to caramelized it)
- 5.rub the pan 4x9" with an olive oil
- 6. lay the potato nicely, sprinkle salt and pepper on top, onion, cheese, and pour the stock on top...it should be repeated 3 times.
- 7. any left for stock; pour it on top of the last layer; covered with cheese and sprinkle with oregano flakes. drizzle with olive oil.
- 8. bake it for 25 minutes or until the stock is gone and potato are cook.
- It's best to avoid it turning into brown, and too dry. little creamy is best.
