Margarita Cheesecake

- CRUST shopping list
- • 1 sleeve saltine crackers shopping list
- • 6 Tablespoons butter, melted shopping list
- • 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- FILLING shopping list
- • 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened shopping list
- • 1 package (3 oz) Margarita flavored gelatin shopping list
- • 1 package (16 oz) vanilla CANDIQUIK Coating shopping list
- • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed shopping list
- • sea salt & lime (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- •Place crackers in a plastic bag. Using a rolling pin, crush crackers until the consistency of bread crumbs. When crushed, place in a medium bowl.
- •Add butter and sugar; mix until well blended. Press into bottom and up sides of a pie pan; place in refrigerator.
- •In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer, until soft.
- •Add package of Margarita flavored gelatin; mix until well blended.
- •Melt CANDIQUIK in it's tray according to directions on package. Add melted CANDIQUIK to cream cheese mixture; mix until well blended.
- •Fold in whipped topping, a third of the container at a time, until well blended.
- •Carefully spoon mixture into saltine cracker crust.
- •Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Garnish with a sprinkle of sea salt and a lime slice when serving.
