How to make it

  • Set oven to 425 F
  • spray a baking dish with pan release spray
  • put fish into the pan
  • Combine the next 4 ingredients, brush 1/2 of the mixture onto the fish
  • Add remaining ingredients and combine
  • Spoon evenly over the fish. Bake for 10 - 15 min until fish is flaky.

    Salina Kanas,you getting pretty close to my old neck of the woods....Small town near the Oklahoma Panhandle.
    Fishing is a wonderful get away for me,your recipe reads very nice.
