Pecan Crusted Red Snapper

- 1 lb red snapper fillets shopping list
- 2 T olive oil shopping list
- 1 T cajun seasoning shopping list
- 2 t lemon juice shopping list
- 1 t thyme shopping list
- 1/3 C pecans, chopped shopping list
- 2 T parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 T bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 T chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Set oven to 425 F
- spray a baking dish with pan release spray
- put fish into the pan
- Combine the next 4 ingredients, brush 1/2 of the mixture onto the fish
- Add remaining ingredients and combine
- Spoon evenly over the fish. Bake for 10 - 15 min until fish is flaky.
