- Ingredients: shopping list
- 2 ounces (60 ml) wild blueberry juice shopping list
- 2 ounces (60 ml) orange juice shopping list
- 2 ounces (60 ml) plain yogurt or frozen yogurt shopping list
- 2 ounces (60 ml) ice shopping list
- (add additional fruits and berries in season as desired have fun with it) shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients in blender and run until smooth. Garnish with a few blueberries.
- (Prepared in advance and refrigerated, it makes an extremely quick and healthy breakfast for those on the run in the morning
