How to make it

  • Place potatoes ( DO NOT PEEL) and eggs in a pot cover with water and bring to a rapid boil . Let boil for 20 minutes or until just tender. Cover and let stand until cool.
  • When potatoes and eggs are cool to touch peel and dice to bite size pieces.
  • In a bowl add pototes, eggs, sliced black olives, and sliced green onions.
  • In a seperate bowl mix mayonnaise , season rice vinager , salt , and pepper . Stir until creamy .
  • Add mayonnaise mixture to diced potato mixed and stir.
  • Refrigerate until cold . Serve and Enjoy.
