How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400 C
  • Spread desired amount of pesto on wrap (about 1/2 a teaspoon)
  • Place a full smokie on center of wrap ( or chopped pieces go further)
  • Sprinkle desired amount of cheese in center
  • Wrap the smokie as well as you can making sure there are few holes for cheese to escape.
  • Bake on a cookie sheet for 5 mins on each side. Make sure to flip them or they will burn.
  • They are done when the wrap is a darker golden brown and the filling is piping hot!
  • Enjoy!
