Green Soup (collard or turnup)

- 1 bundle of turnup greens or collard greens shopping list
- 1 large whit onion shopping list
- 4 lagre carrots shopping list
- 1 1/2 cuts whit minuter rices shopping list
- 1 small turnip shopping list
- 1 chuck salt beef, if you dont have salt beef use corned beef shopping list
- salt 1 tps shopping list
- pepper 2 tps shopping list
- pinch of celery salt shopping list
- dumplings -- flour 1 cup water 1/2 cup baking soda 1 tps celerysalt 1/2 tps mix together untill a really clumpy stick pankcake like dough shopping list
- use a large soup spoon to drop in shopping list
- **you may want to adjust the flour to water ratio shopping list
How to make it
- peel and wash all veggies
- chopp everything into small bits not diced finly just choped in small bits, good size for a spoon
- in you largest pot boil your salt beef for about 1 hr
- drain your salt beef from its water
- chopp you beef into small peices
- fill your pot back up with water toss in everything EXCEPT YOUR RICE
- bring everything back to a boil and when everything is soft add your rice.
- to finish this soup make you own dumplings and add them about 20 minutes before you serve your soup
- ONCE DOUGH BALLS ARE IN DO NOT LIFET LID, ONLY DROP DOUGH BALLS IN WHEN SOUP IS BOILING, SOME DOUGH BALLS MIGHT BREAK APART IN PERFECTLY FINE
