How to make it

  • Thaw hashbrowns. Brown sausage. Beat eggs in bowl. Layer rolls on bottom of deep dish pan (9x13 equivalent). Pour sausage on top of rolls; pour hashbrowns on top of sausage; salt if desired, cover with cheese on top of layers and pour eggs over entire top of cheese. Bake at around 375 until eggs are done in the middle. If eggs brown at edges, lower heat.
