How to make it

  • First we take a big un peeled potato (about 250-300 grams or about 0,5-0,6 pounds) was it in cool water and then dry it off with a towel. Keeping the potato skin on wrap it tightly in tin foil and put it in the oven to bake for about 70 minutes at 220 C° (around 428 F). After that’s done take the potato out and make a lengthwise cut on one side of the potato, take a small spoon and while adding a bit of butter and some grated cheese start mixing the mass inside the potato (try to keep the peel and the thin hard crust around it to serve as a natural bowl). Now we are ready to add salads and fillers on top of the base potato of which there is a huge variety.
