Rib Roast Recipe
A perfect dish for family gatherings, or a special holiday dinner without a lot of work. The lemon pepper rub is a perfect match and gives the meat a fabulous flavor.

Ingredients
  • 1 (4 pound) beef rib roast, boneless
  • 1 1/2 tsp seasoning, lemon-pepper
  • 3/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine the lemon-pepper seasoning, garlic salt, paprika, cayenne pepper and rosemary then, rub the mixture evenly over the roast.
  3. Put the roast (fat side facing up) on a roasting rack and set into a shallow roasting pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour, 40 minutes in the oven, (until the it reaches your desired doneness). Medium-rare: At least 145 degrees F, however Medium is recommended: 160 degrees F. Allow the roast to rest for 10-15 minutes prior to carving into thin slices.
