- 6 slices of white bread pulsed in food processor shopping list
- 3tbls lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tbls worceshire sauce shopping list
- 1 1/2 Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 3 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup helmans mayonaise shopping list
- 2 tbls baking powder shopping list
- 2 tbls minced parsley shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1 tlbs tobasco sauce shopping list
- 4 lbs jumbo lump crab meat (add last) shopping list
How to make it
- pulse bread in food processor
- add and mix all ingredients .....except crab
- pick crab for all cartilage and shells then gently toss into mixture
- shape into patties
- fry in hot canola oil 3 minutes per side or till golden
- makes 24 cakes.....
- TAR-TAR sauce...3/4 c helmans
- 2 tbs capers crushed
- 3 tbs relish
- 3.....4...5 shots of tobasco sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- mix all together and refrigerate
- makes 1 cup
