How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°
  • Cheese Sauce

  • Mix milk, flour and butter or margarine with a whisk
  • Simmer on gentle heat until it starts to thicken
  • Add cheese, salt and pepper
  • Whisk until thickened. See Photo
  • Casserole

  • Put cooked rice into a casserole dish
  • Place broccoli on top of the rice See Photo
  • Add shredded onions
  • Sprinkle all purpose season evenly on top
  • Pour cheese sauce on top. Don't stir.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until bubbling and a bit brown on top.
  • Stir, serve and enjoy!
