How to make it

  • Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
  • Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Beat until well blended.
  • Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture and beat well.
  • Stir in zucchini.
  • Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan.
  • Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until cake tests done.
  • For glaze, melt ingredients together in pan, stirring until smooth. Pour over hot cake.
