Chocolate Zucchini Cake

- Cake: shopping list
- * 1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened shopping list
- * 1/2 c. vegetable oil shopping list
- * 1 3/4 c. sugar shopping list
- * 2 eggs shopping list
- * 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- * 1/2 c. milk shopping list
- * 2 1/2 c. flour shopping list
- * 1/4 c. cocoa shopping list
- * 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- * 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- * 1/2 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- * 1/2 tsp. cloves shopping list
- * 2 cups peeled & grated zucchini shopping list
- * 1/3 c. chocolate chips shopping list
- Glaze: shopping list
- * 1/4 c. margarine shopping list
- * 1 c. sugar shopping list
- * 1/4 c. milk shopping list
- * 1/3 c. chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- Cream margarine, oil and sugar.
- Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Beat until well blended.
- Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture and beat well.
- Stir in zucchini.
- Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until cake tests done.
- For glaze, melt ingredients together in pan, stirring until smooth. Pour over hot cake.
